Project Start

Onboarding
Our first step is to learn more about the context of your project, your standards, and the tools and communication channels you use. That way, our engineers can be productive from day one. Additionally, you can share any relevant policies and processes in your organization and we will abide by them.
Supervision
We are fully transparent. We keep hourly reports of the engineers’ time logged and you can access them anytime to confirm everything is on track. Frontetica engagement managers check in regularly to confirm progress and are always available to address questions or concerns. They will flag any risk or issue identified.
